Flat-Fee Rates |
 We
offer low flat-fee rates for business and residential computer
and network repairs, upgrades and service.
We offer flat-fee rates because we are confident in our technical ability to provide solutions quickly and accurately. At Mitchell Computer Service you never need to worry about unknown hourly charges when using our flat-fee services. We provide flat-fees for over 30 common computer and network
services, ranging from desktop PC upgrades, software and hardware
installations and networking solutions. To determine whether

Project Rates |
 We
provide up-front guaranteed pricing for pre-planned large
or small IT projects.
We provide a free initial consultation to review a planned IT project and determine the scope, requirements and business expectations of the specific project. Once we clearly understand the project goals we will develop a detailed implementation strategy of all the options available, along with a price quote and a time-line for completion. |
Consultation Rates |
 If
you require technical recommendations, product assessments,
solution determination, or training, then we can provide these
services under our consultation rates.
We can provide consultations when a company already has IT staff that can implement projects and perform the actual work involved in any implementations and installations. We can provide consultations to review a planned IT project, determine new system requirements, recommend courses of action, audit technical operating environments, develop a disaster preparedness plan or train staff in new hardware, systems or equipment. Please contact us for specific rates for the type of consultation services needed. Rates will depend on the area of interest and the level of expertise required to perform the requested consultations. |
Discount Rate Plans |
 We
have several discounted rate plans to save you money. We offer
Month-to-Month (MTM) Plans, Remote Service Plans
and Prepaid Blocks of Hours as a lower cost
alternative to the standard flat hourly rate.
We also have Monthly Maintenance Service Plans for regularly scheduled computer service as well as complete Managed IT Solutions. |
